Sign-in, security, your acceptance of the Terms of Service before Steam sign-in, the language and currency you pick, your cart, your Favorites and your Price Watchlist (target prices), your cookie choice, that you have seen the welcome message or closed a reminder, and carrying your order from checkout to the payment window. The site cannot work without them, so they do not need your consent.
- Analytics - off until you switch it on. Product analytics that count pages viewed and clicks so we can improve the site. Nothing in this category loads before you say yes.
We use no advertising or marketing cookies and no tracking pixels.

Signing in sends you to Steam's own page, where Steam sets its own cookies under its own policy; we cannot read or control them.
4. How to control cookies

We announce a material change on this site, and by email if you have given us an address, at least 30 days before it takes effect.
