1. OVERVIEW
PoshSkins operates on a transparent commission-based model. We charge platform fees only to sellers upon successful sales. Buyers pay the exact listed price with no hidden fees or additional charges. All fees are clearly displayed before confirming any transaction.
2. SELLER COMMISSION RATES
Commission rates are based on item rarity and value:

* Fees are automatically calculated based on item classification and deducted from seller proceeds upon successful trade completion.
3. TRANSACTION FEES
For Buyers:
- Listed price is final price - no additional fees
- Currency conversion at market rates (no markup)
- No platform fees added at checkout
- No service charges or processing fees
- VAT included where applicable (shown in price)
For Sellers:
- Commission deducted from sale proceeds only
- No listing fees
- No monthly subscription fees
- No fees for cancelled or expired listings
- No fees for editing listings

Withdrawal Minimums:
- Bank transfer: $10 minimum
- PayPal: $5 minimum
- Cryptocurrency: $20 minimum
Inactivity Fee:
- Accounts inactive for 12+ months: $5/month
- Fee stops when balance reaches $0
- Reactivation stops the fee immediately

8. CURRENCY CONVERSION
Exchange Rates:
- Real-time market rates from Reuters
- No markup on exchange rates
- Transparent rate display before transaction
- Updated every 60 seconds
- Historical rates available in transaction history
Supported Currencies:
- Primary: USD ($)
- Display: EUR, GBP, RUB, CNY, BRL
- All transactions settled in USD
9. TAX HANDLING
Value Added Tax (VAT):
- EU VAT included in displayed prices
- UK Company number: 16553071
- VAT invoices available on request
- B2B EU reverse charge available
- No additional tax charges at checkout
Seller Tax Obligations:
- Sellers responsible for income tax reporting
- Annual transaction summaries provided
- 1099-K forms for US sellers (if applicable)
- Tax documentation available in account settings
10. PROMOTIONAL RATES

- New seller bonus: First 30 days at 3% commission
- Referral program: 1% fee reduction for 3 months
- Holiday promotions: Reduced fees during events
- Beta features: Early adopters get lifetime discounts

11. REFUND PROCESSING
Refund Fees:
- Standard refunds: FREE
- Express processing (24h): $5.00
- Platform fees non-refundable on completed trades
- Full fee refund if platform error
- Partial refunds processed proportionally

13. DISPUTE & CHARGEBACK FEES
Dispute Resolution:
- Internal dispute resolution: FREE
- Chargeback processing: $25 per case
- Fee waived if dispute resolved in seller's favor
- Multiple chargebacks may result in account review
- Fraudulent chargebacks prosecuted

15. FEE UPDATES
Fee structure may be updated with 30 days advance notice. Users will be notified via email and platform announcement. Existing transactions maintain their original fee structure. Users may close their accounts before changes take effect if they disagree with new fees.
